Bakers + Baristas was founded in 1981 and since day one, the first thing they do each and every day is turn on the oven and open a fresh pack of coffee beans.

Once the first batch of fresh muffins and pastries are out of the oven and you can smell the freshly ground coffee beans, they are ready to open the doors.

Their passion and expertise (and probably those lovely aromas wafting out of the door) have meant they’ve now grown to 63 Bakers + Baristas stores across the UK and Ireland and amassed a well-thumbed recipe book of over 400 cakes and muffins, with an ever-changing seasonal offer in all of their stores.

There’s no trickery to what they do; their ovens and kitchens are just behind the counter. Visit in the morning and you’ll see the magic happen – ovens baking fresh cakes, pastries, sausage rolls and a dedicated team making your fresh sandwiches and decorating your favourite muffin!
