Make the most of your visit to The Centre, Livingston by taking advantage of our facilities.
Toilets
Toilet facilities are available throughout The Centre and include baby changing facilities for families and adapted facilities for disabled users, plus parent and child toilets.
A Changing Places Toilet, for people who have difficulty using a standard accessible toilet, is sited in the corridor near Hotel Chocolat. It has more space, height-adjustable, adult-sized changing benches and a hoist.
Enhanced cleaning regimes are in place and the toilets are inspected at least every thirty minutes. For all toilets, our usual opening hours apply – please note these may be subject to change at short notice.
Baby Feeding Area
The baby feeding area is situated behind the lifts in The Wintergarden Cafe – it features comfy seating, bottle warming facilities and is a peaceful space to feed your baby.
The baby feeding facility is open at all times and can be accessed using the lift or escalator.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available in The Centre, Livingston. Just set up an account to enjoy free access every time you visit.
Car Parking
There are 7,200 car parking spaces around Livingston town centre.
At The Centre, Livingston we have over 2,116 spaces in Car Parks 1, 2 & 3 operated by Savills Property Management on behalf of L.C.P. Retail Properties Ltd, and monitored by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Systems.
The use of Automatic Number Plate Recognition Systems means that on entrance and exit an ANPR Camera will read your license plate and log your vehicle on the system’s database.
When you wish to leave the Car Park, the easiest way to pay for your parking is to pay by card at the exit barrier. ANPR Systems will recognise your licence plate and charge you for the appropriate length of stay.
If the ANPR Camera is unable to read you license plate, a paper ticket will be issued and you would need to either pay by card or cash at one of the pay stations.
Car Parks are open between 8am and 12 midnight, 7 days a week. Parking payment is required between 8am and 6pm every day.
All of our Car Parks have been awarded the Park Mark Award.
No other car parks within Livingston are under the ownership or managed by L.C.P Retail Properties Ltd.
Disabled Parking & Access
All entrances to The Centre, Livingston have disabled access.
The Centre has a total of 140 ground level disabled parking spaces available for shoppers, with 69 in Car Park 1, 36 in Car Park 2, 12 in Car Park 3 and 23 in the Retail Park.
We do apply parking charges for Blue Badge holders, which is common in the majority of commercial car parks. The designated Disabled and Parent & Child spaces are monitored throughout the day, ensuring they remain available for those who need them most.
Please note, all entrances close 30 minutes after stores close.
First Aid
In the event of an accident or emergency, our security staff, who are all fully trained in first aid skills will assist on request.
