When visiting The Centre from 1st June 2021 you might notice a few changes in our Car Parks. Car Parks 1, 2 and 3 are paid for Car Parks, managed by Livingston Centre Ltd and are now monitored by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Systems.
The use of Automatic Number Plate Recognition Systems means that on entrance and exit an ANPR Camera will read your license plate and log your vehicle on the system’s database.
When you wish to leave the Car Park, the easiest way to pay for your parking is to pay by card at the exit barrier. ANPR Systems will recognise your licence plate and charge you for the appropriate length of stay.
Other payment options are available, please see below, all of which require you to input your vehicle registration number, so please make sure you have the correct information at hand.
To pay online you need to register in advance to use the service. You only have to register once by scanning the QR Code below. You can then use the same QR Code to pay for parking.
You also still have the option of paying by card or cash at pay stations in the Car Parks. Simply input your vehicle registration number at the pay station and it will charge you for the appropriate length of stay.
If the ANPR Camera is unable to read you license plate, a paper ticket will be issued and you would need to either pay by card or cash at one of the pay stations.
Car Parks are open between 8am and 12 midnight, 7 days a week.
T&Cs apply.
