Customer Service

At The Centre we’re launching our ‘Support in the Community’ initiative which will help 12 charities by providing awareness-raising and fundraising opportunities, including free pop-up space in the mall, a £250 Gift Card donation and marketing support.

Over the years we’ve supported a number of charities including Team Jak Foundation, Bosom Buds, West Lothian Youth Foundation (WLYF), River Kids, which helps children and their families in West Lothian, and mall-based Kidzeco, who help families by selling affordable high-quality pre-loved children’s clothes, toys and essential equipment.

We want to help even more organisations which is why our ‘Support in the Community’ initiative is designed to help 12 different charities for one month each by giving them free pop-up space for a weekend in the mall to help raise awareness of the great work they are doing and appeal for donations, including food, books, toys, pre-loved clothing and funds.

Two local charities have been chosen to kickstart the initiative - Craigsfarm Community Hub, who will receive help to raise awareness of the services they offer, including art, meditation and wellbeing classes, as well as highlighting their volunteering vacancies.

The Centre will also support West Lothian Youth Action Project, (WLYAP), who provide support for young people in the area and run a Food Bank in Craigshill every Friday, by encouraging shoppers to donate food items, including pasta, rice and soup, in the mall’s donation box which is situated next to the Customer Service Desk near New Look.

Charities and organisations who would like to be involved in the initiative can check out the criteria below.

To nominate a charity or organisation for consideration, download the application form below and email the completed form to enquiries@thecentrelivingston.com or you can pick up an application form from our Customer Service Desk near New Look, fill in the form and hand it back in to a member of our Customer Service Team.

All nominations are held on file for a year so though we may do call-outs on our social for charity nominations at different times of the year, it’s not necessary to nominate the same charity more than once.
