Gardening Trail Sheet Competition T&Cs

The Centre’s Gardening Trail Sheet Competition is running from 27^th June - 31^st July 2022, with a £25 Gift Card to spend at The Centre being given away every day.

To enter, simply collect a Gardening Trail Sheet from our Customer Service Desk and let us know the names of the stores where you’ve spotted our ten gardening items.

Once you’ve filled in all ten boxes, hand your completed form back to our team at the Customer Service Desk and you’ll be entered in to a daily draw to win a £25 Gift Card, which can be spent in over 80 stores and all restaurants in The Centre.

Terms and conditions are as follows:

• This competition is open to residents in the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
• To enter, hand your completed entry form to staff at The Centre’s Customer Service Desk. No other forms of entry will be accepted.
• The Prize is a £25 Gift Card to spend at The Centre. Prize cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative will be offered. No purchase necessary.
• The competition will run from 27^th June - 31^st July 2022 with a £25 Gift Card being given away every day.
• At the end of each day a winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received that day.
• Any personal data submitted to The Centre, Livingston in connection to the competition will be processed in accordance with The Centre’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.thecentrelivingston.com/more/privacy-cookie-policy. All data processing will be lawful and based on consent; The Centre will not use any personal data for other purposes, beyond those reasonably expected for marketing purposes, without the explicit consent of the individual to whom the data belongs.
• Winners will be notified by phone or email and have 14 days to claim the prize.
• By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to accept these competition rules and the terms and conditions which will be governed by the laws of Scotland.
• The Centre reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time through the The Centre website without giving notice.
• The Centre reserves the right to end this competition without notice.
