Age Suitability
- All attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+).
- Proof of age may be required for ticket holders if requested by event staff.
Locked-In Event Policy
- This event takes place inside The Centre, Livingston, after closing hours.
- Once the movie begins, no re-entry is allowed if you leave the premises.
- Doors will be locked after the screening starts at 7:00 PM for security purposes.
- In case of emergencies, designated staff will assist with exits.
Event Duration & Timings
- Face Painting: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM (last session at 6:50 PM).
- Movie Starts: 7:00 PM sharp (runtime: 2h 40min).
- Event End Time: 10:00 PM (attendees must vacate the premises promptly).
Seating & Comfort
- Chairs will be provided for all attendees.
- No personal seating allowed due to space and safety regulations.
Food & Drinks Policy
- Snacks will be available for purchase from Livi News, and a snack stand will be located near the screening area.
- Popcorn will be sold, with all proceeds going to CHAS.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited—anyone found with alcohol will be removed from the event without a refund.
Prohibited Items
- Alcohol & Vapes: Not permitted under any circumstances.
- Large Costumes/Props: Costumes are encouraged, but large props, masks covering the entire face, or obstructive accessories are not allowed.
Arrival & Entry
- Those attending face painting should arrive between 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM.
- Expect queues for face painting—early arrival is recommended.
- Latecomers after 7:00 PM may be denied entry as doors will be locked.
Ticket Information & Refund Policy
- Tickets must be purchased online (link to be added).
- Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
- Name changes on tickets must be completed at least 48 hours before the event.
Event Rules & Security
- Security checks may be in place. Bag searches may be conducted before entry.
- Attendees must follow all instructions given by event staff.
- Any disruptive behavior, intoxication, or rule violations will result in removal from the event without a refund.
- The Centre, Livingston, reserves the right to refuse entry or eject attendees if deemed necessary.
Photo/Video Policy
- By attending, you consent to being filmed/photographed for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify staff upon arrival.

- Both Car Park 1& 3 offers disabled parking.
